We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Construction Supervisor! Take on the challenge of creating a specialised team for a reputable National company. Due to strong growth in the region they are looking to expand their asphalt/road operations throughout Newcastle and The Hunter Valley.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing the existing contractors in place; while you hire and develop a new team to take on all asphalt/projects in the area. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to run your own show and hand pick the star roles.
To be successful in this role you MUST be able to display the following:
* Previous experience as a supervisor
* Civil construction and/or roads exposure
* Current drivers licence
* Basic computer skills
