Great opportunity for an experienced Australian Public Practice Manager to join this well established 4 Partner firm.
Take responsibility for portfolio of clients including controlling & managing WIP, workflow and invoicing.
Candidates will need to be technically very proficient with significant (guideline 6+ years) tax and business services experience in Australian public practice. Experience will ideally be with larger multi entity clients and should include experience supervising and/or mentoring staff. Responsibilities include:

Managing & developing clients

Supervision, training and development of junior accounting staff

Managing WIP, workflowand invoicing

Weekly reporting
-
Budget preparation & monitoring

Managing client queries and ensuring high quality services
Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified with a desire to develop tofurther.
Role will require superior communication skills as there will be significant interaction with staff, management and clients
