This top-tier building construction company are currently involved in numerous projects across Victoria. At present they are well under way with a major rural building re-development and now require a Services Design Manager to join the project. Initially based in Melbourne, this role will eventually move to site in Regional Victoria.
Ideally you will have worked within a builder or a building services consultancy with extensive services design coordination experience. Assisting the Project Manager you will provide instructions to services subcontractors with a strong focus on design and installation.
To be considered for this position you must demonstrate:
-Relevant tertiary qualifications or services trade certificate
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
