Customer Service Representative Job in New South Wales, Australia

-Salary $22.50 per hour plus superannuation
-January start - on going temporary role
Our client is a leading Australian Bank and due to a growth in the business they are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their team. You will ideally have previous call centre experience within the banking or insurance industry and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to their clients. You will have to be flexible as the hours will be between 8am to 8pm.

You will be responsible for:
-Handling customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
-Processing data, cancellations and alterations
-General administration
-Provide effective and exceptional customer service to clients
You will have:
-Financial or Insurance background highly regarded
-Previous call centre experience
-Exceptional communication and customer service skills
-Strong attention to details with ability to multi task and prioritise
-Ability to work autonomously and within a team
