Performance Analysts Required for Busy IT Project Job in Australian Capital Territory, Australia

Our global client is currently seeking multiple Performance Analysts to assist with analysing, co-ordinating, reporting, using corrective action analysis and action plans to address Service Level Management and Reporting Performance Framework across multiple teams and service providers in a multi-sourced IT&T operation.

The main duties and responsibilities of the person in this role are to:
· Work with the Performance Manager to develop Strategic and Operational Reporting Frameworks and maintain alignment with changing business needs
· Analyse performance trends and potential improvement areas and provide feedback to Service Providers at regular performance meetings
· Produce service reports for each service provider and breaches of targets are highlighted, investigated and actions planned and acted against to prevent recurrence
· Participate in a range of operational meetings as requested by Performance Manager
· Ensure that documented service performance reviews are scheduled and carried out with service providers and the client
· Ensures that improvement initiatives identified in service reviews are acted on and progress reports are provided to customers
· Measure, record, analyse and identify improvement actions in relation to customer satisfaction
· Understand the customer's business and how IT contributes to products and/or services
The successful candidates will have experience working with multi-sourced IT operations, cross functional teams of business and technical analysts, along with a background in ITIL V3 disciplines.
