Key requirements:
-Previous experience managing complex Unix environments comprised of Linux & Solaris -Extensive experience with Linux operating systems and x86 architectures -Solid understanding of TCP/IP and Internet technologies such as HTTP/S, SMTP, NTP, DNS, SSH, SFTP, proxy services, etc, in an open source environment -A good understanding of encryption, security technologies and directory services such as host and corporate firewalls, PKI, Certificates, LDAP, Kerberos, etc -Experience in the administration of large SAN environments -Good project planning skills with the ability to deliver initiatives and project activities on time and within budget -Experience with Virtualisation technologies such as VMware ideal
