Senior Business Analyst - ITIL/Service Mgmt Operating as a member of the Regional Service Management Deployment team, the Business Analyst facilitates the deployment of Service Management Frameworks. The focus of the position is on the planning, discovery, development and deployment activities for Enterprise Services Management (ESM) services across people, process, product and partners. -Act as client's first point of contact for all IT service management deployment activities, issues and queries. -Liaise and assist the Project Manager/s in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules related to ESM Service Management deployment. -Provides input to the Change and Communication Plan in conjunction with the Project Manager. -Facilitate work groups, and work sessions to gather business and process requirements. -Assist with gap analysis capturing current state and future state. Suggesting areas for improvement. -Assist with the preparation of ESMService Management operational Procedures, Processes, Work Instructions and Quick Reference Guides with the appropriate Regional Process Manager and other subject matter experts. -Assist with User Acceptance Tests (UAT) plans and test cases of business applications. -Facilitate training session for ESM Service Management process deployment/s with the appropriate Regional Process Manager/s, Service Management tool deployment team, Service Desk Manager and other Subject Matter Expert/s. Experience -Completion of ITIL Foundations certification -Has held a managerial or technical specialist position for a minimum of 2 years -3+ years in related IT services, management and/or operational lead roles -General management/business/leadership skills training -Experience in delivering business improvements through process innovation Please contact Russell Gallagher for more information.
