Design + Construct are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to work on high volume Residential maintenance projects on a national basis. Our client has been established for nearly 10 years and has increased staff levels to over 100 employees nationally. To be considered for this role you will be required to have either a degree or trades qualifications with around 1-2 years Contract Administration experience to include Residential project experience. You will have strong communication and customer service skills combined with strong sub-contractor management skills. You will be a self starter who is looking to develop a long term career within the Residential sector and grow with this successful contractor. A full time role is on offer with a huge scope for career development into the management structure.
