THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Group Claims Assessor you will be responsible for:
-Effectively managing a portfolio of high value and complex claims -Assessing claims on a financial, medical, legal, occupational and rehabilitation basis -Assisting with the development, support and education of Claims Assessors within your own team -The types of claims administered include Life, Terminal Illness, Trauma, TPD, Income Protection, and Business Overheads
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
As the ideal candidate you will have:
-Solid group claims experience at a senior level -Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening and empathy -Strong negotiation skills -Strong attention to detail, problem solving and decision making skills -The ability to coach and act as a mentor
