Brand Manager - Animal Health Job in Australia

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager in the farm animal division, your main responsibilities will be to work as part of a wider team developing and implementing strategies to grow market share. This will be achieved through continued relationship building with KOL's to develop the Bovine portfolio. You will be responsible for development of branded collateral used with HCPs which is distributed via the internal field force. Evaluation of all initiatives will be executed within this role. ROI and budget management will be reported back to senior internal stakeholders on a monthly basis. Close relationships will be forged between key internal stakeholders including senior management, regulatory and sales. You will also develop excellent working relationships with external agencies to maximise potential from this market leading portfolio.
The Successful Applicant
Already a brand manager, ideally within the Animal Health environment, you will be looking to step up to a position within a market leading organisation. You will be an excellent relationship builder with both internal management and sales teams as well as external agencies. You will be competent at managing a diverse workload and multi-tasking will be within your key skill set. Highly motivated for success, you will embrace a challenging, fast paced working environment. Critical to your success will be your ability to identify new and niche marketing opportunities within an established and successful portfolio. You must have a passion for animal health and ideally you will have line management experience.
