In the role of Collections officer you will be responsible for problem solving and committing customers to their debts, advising debtors of their contractual obligation to the client whilst striving to reduce the debtor ledger.
Using your expert judgement and analysis to decide the optimal approach with each debtor will see you succeed in the role.
Essential Requirements
Telephone/call centre experience
Proven negotiation skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good clear telephone voice
Clear National Police Clearance is compulsory. If you do not have one then you must be eligible to obtain one.
Able to work weekly rotating day shifts (7am - 8pm Monday to Friday)
Collections experience or Accounts receivable experience would be preferred but not essential.
