An outstanding opportunity is currently available for a Senior Business Analyst to establish themselves in a contract role with a leading consultancy.
Working as an integral part of the project team you will use your well developed skills to drive project activities through the facilitation of requirements gathering workshops with clients and key stakeholders and the overall analysis of business requirements and processes through to the development functional specifications and systems use case documents.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous experience with large scale systems integration projects involving multiple package based systems. Previous experience working within the mining industry is also essential for this role.
Key accountabilities in this role will include but not be limited to:
-Facilitation of requirements gathering workshops with client and other stakeholders
-Analysis of business requirements and processes
-Producing functional specification and system use case documents
-Large scale systems integration project experience involving multiple package bases systems
-Leading and supervising the activities of other business analysts
-Being accountable for the business architecture of the solution and ensuring alignment with other solution domains
-Acting as a trusted advisor to Project Managers and Architects
-Modelling requirements in Sparqx EA or similar repository tools In addition, proven knowledge and experience with mining industry business processes and systems is also required for this role.
This role will be offered to the successful candidate on an initial 3-6 month contract basis.
