An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join this multi-national manufacturer and marketer of specialised product, based in Rowville. Part-time in nature, this role is 3 days per week (flexible days) and is an ongoing temporary assignment.Reporting to the National Sales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for: -Providing a high standard of customer service -Accurately record and process customer orders -Liaising with freight officers to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders -Providing support to the sales and marketing team -Email and telephone correspondence to International customers If you have experience in delivering superior customer service and have impeccable accuracy in order entry then this may be the role for you. As this is a part time role it goes without saying that you are a dedicated individual who will be available to see this role through to its end. Your success in this role will be due in part to your experience using SAP and your excellent attention to detail. As a Customer Service Officer it will be your responsibility to ensure that delivery requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner.
