Base salary of $55K+ Superannuation + Commissions (OTE $70K+)

This role will see you responsible for managing a clean portfolio of around 170 properties using the Console system with support from an Assistant Property Manager.
They are seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least 12 months experience who gains great enjoyment from interacting with clients and has brilliant trouble shooting & organisation skills.
As the Senior Property Manager your role will include
* Managing a portfolio of 170 properties
* Liaising with tenants/landlords
* Leasing properties
* Attending VCAT when required
* Organising repairs & maintenance
The successful candidate will be:
* An experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
* An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
* Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
* Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour.
