A rare opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Food & Beverage professional to be a part of one of the worlds premier Food & Beverage operations in a bid to offer outstanding customer service and further enhance Crowns reputation as one of -st1:country-region W:ST="on"-Australia-/st1:country-region-s finest and most cosmopolitan dining hubs. With a modern take on quality of service and presentation, this role is responsible for ensuring effective communication and implementation of the agreed Food & Beverage and Crown strategies through the relevant Premium Outlet Managers.-o:p--/o:p-

As a key member of the Food & Beverage Team you will have international experience in managing multi-food and beverage outlets at an Assistant Director level or equivalent with strong knowledge of wines and fine cuisine. With strong attention to detail, you would have experience in a senior food and beverage management role, preferably in a large five-star organisation with exposure to high volume. As a leader, you will encourage collaboration, be quality focused and ensure that a consistently enjoyable and satisfying experience is offered to all customers. -o:p--/o:p-
