What you need or need to know; -Be happy to work with an average retainer and high commissions -Happy to supply your own car and phone -Flexible to work long hours and weekends (60-70hours a week) -Always have a drive to do better -Presentation must be immaculate, plus mentally and physically fit -Have Initiative and be a self starter -Strive for personal success -A Team Player - learn from and teach others how to be the best -Excellent communication skills, including empathising and understanding -Be on-call 24/7 -Be prepared to take a knock and bounce back stronger If you have a registered ABN then don't be put off, if your the right person for the role they will work with you not against you.
