Award winning residential home builder based in the outer eastern suburbs are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team and keep the client updated on the pre-construction process of their home and guiding them through the construction process. Offering a personalised one on one service to the Investment arm of the business, you will be required to liaise with Investors, Developers, Building Surveyors and internal staff including construction supervisors, production & sales estimators, Drafters and Sales consultants. Your responsibilities will include and not be limited to; -Looking after a minimum of 80 jobs both pre & on-site including all investment groups -Enter new sales into the system daily -Conduct a weekly sales meeting with the Sales manager to follow up on any outstanding jobs -Email Pre-site & On-site workflow reports to investment groups -Prepare HIA contracts -Gather information needed for building permit applications -Keep on top of all files before issuing them to estimating -Issue site start letters and apply for gas lines etc -Assist Site Supervisors with any issues on site including fines, invoices etc -Take full responsibility for all jobs and liaise with both the Investors and Supervisors to ensure homes are handed over in a timely and smooth manner Do you have experience within the building industry?
