Joining as Senior Tax Accountant, this brilliant career opportunity will see you as Team Leader of 6 staff within 12 months. Each Team Leader manages up to 6 staff with 1 Senior Tax Accountant per team; you will be that Senior Tax Accountant. The business will continually invest in your ongoing development to Team Leader. The salary is above average, too.

As the senior accountant you will use your extensive knowledge of Australian tax law to provide technical advice to complex multi structured clients. You will provide accountant advice on Tax, BAS, FBT, CGT and SME. As the team leader for a team of 6 you will also mentor junior accountants.

Your duties will include:
-Advising and solving complex tax issues for multi-structured clients
-Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
-Preparation of BAS, FBT
-Mentor Junior staff
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
-at least 2-3 years of tax accounting experience
-CA/CPA qualification or working towards (support provided)
-sound technical skills in Australian Taxation Law
-very good communication skills
