Our client is one of Australia's leading superannuation and pension administration specialists, responsible for 4.5 million super accounts nationally. Their clients include some of the leading superannuation and financial services companies in Australia.An exciting opportunity exists to be a part of this leading company as a Team Coach at their CBD contact centre. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one and group coaching/training, at both team and centre level. You will also evaluate and continuosly monitor individual and centre performance and tailor and deliver coaching/training progeams to meet these specific needs. Additionally, you will act as a 2IC in the Team Leaders absence and provide them support to ensure that all targets and initiatives are met. Commencing asap, you must be available to work a rotating roster Monday to Friday between the hours 8am to 8pm. No weekend work! To be successful in this role you must demonstrate: Previous contact centre experience (specialising in complex products/services) Experience working in Superannuation Genuine passion for up skilling, training and coaching other's Strong experience in customer service.
