Reporting to the Team Leader of the Technical Support Team, your must have: -Speak fluent Mandarin and Malay -Bachelors Degree qualification -Be technically savvy -Experience in a Phone/Email/Remote Support environment -In-house Software/Product Support to both internal and external clients -Proactively assess issues and effectively plan and execute a resolution -Continuious learning on product/software ranges -Database Skills -Working in line with strict SLA's -High levels of Customer Service You will require 12 months minimum expreience in a support role. Must have experience with a range of Operating Systems (Windows, Mac & Unix) supported by networking knoweldge. Graduates with outstanding grades encouraged !
