Team Leader / Driver Scheduler - Transport and Logistics - Welshpool Job in Australia

This is an extremely challenging and responsible position and an excellent opportunity to work for one of the world's leading transportation and logistics companies. Your main duties and responsibilities will include the following:

-Supporting driver operations in order to consistently exceed customer expectations and operational standards for delivering on time performance
-Responsible for the operational performance of all Driver runs
-Ensure optimal levels of productivity and zero tolerance in respect to damages
-Manage driver performance and work closely with HR with regards to performance management where required
-Ensure every delivery is delivered within its required service crieteria
-Ensure all pick-ups are collected within the required service criteria
-Actively manage deliveries on the road to minimise the number of consigments returned at the end of the day and to keep to a minimum the amount of early late and missed pick-ups
-Respond to operational enquiries from drivers
-Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
