Our client is an award winning Civil Engineering contractor, involved in projects ranging from $10M to $200M through out Queensland and Australia. Their main areas of expertise are in roads, bulk earthworks, civil infrastructure and mining infrastructure projects. They are currently working on some exciting projects, for a number of blue chip clients and have a very healthy pipe line of future work.
The RoleWorking on a Major road widening and strengthening scheme they currently require Civil Project Engineers' with a minimum of 4 years experience to join their Roma based team and assist with the continued growth of the company.
Depending on your area of expertise you will be responsible for a team of engineers involved in either road,Earthworks,Structures or pavement construction.
The suitable applicant will be able to demonstrate the following;
-Minimum of 4 years experience as a site engineer
-Previous experience in Roads, Bulk Earthworks and Structure
-Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Civil Pro or similar programs
-The ability to work with other Engineers
-A strong understanding of HSE
-The ability to drive a job to meet build programs and qualityOn Offer
The position is a FIFO role and will be based in Roma. The project duration is 2 years. Accommodation, flights and meals are all paid for, with the accommodation and facilities being of exceptional standard. In addition to highly competitive base salary, you will receive a further site allowance, use of a company vehicle and 10% Super.
