PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The efficient and effective management and control of the workforce and workflow; whilst ensuring that full compliance of the Occupational Safety and Health is achieved and maintained within the Department KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS OF THE JOB ROLE:
-The effective management and control of all workflow within the Department
-Responsible for the efficiency of all employees working within the Department
-Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of administration tasks
-Ensuring the Occupational Health & Safety within the Department is constantly achieved and maintained.
-Liaise and provide accurate communication and feedback to management. SKILLS/COMETENCIES REQUIRED:
-Exceptional team player. The ability to interface effectively within a team environment is essential.
-Strong leadership skills.
-The ability to motivate oneself and other.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
