COMPANY My Client is an Established Manufacturer of a Wide Variety of Industrial Electrical Solutions; servicing the OEM, Electrical, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil, Marine, Switchboard Building, End User and Defense Industries. POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities will include; -The generation of New Business opportunities throughout the Darwin local and surrounding areas
-Managing and increasing the relationships through the End User, OEM, Contractor and Mining arenas
-Providing excellence in Customer Service and Technical Support
-Building solid and valuable business partnerships, providing solutions not just products
-This role is being an "Order Maker" not "An Order Taker"
-Working within the National Sales Force - you will be running independently and autonomously from a Home Office environment and be an integral part of the establishment of the Townsville Team and Branch
CANDIDATE The Successful Applicant will ideally possess; -A solid and proven background in External Sales and Business Development
-A True Passion for Sales and Making a Difference!
-The confidence to Hit the Pavement to continue to develop sales opportunities
-Have an understanding of Electrical or Related products and familiarity selling and building relationships within the End User, Mining, Manufacturing and Industrial sectors of Darwin and surrounding regions
-The ability to work autonomously, plan your monthly and weekly call cycles and manage a defined End User Customer Base
-Energy & Enthusiasm, Drive & Passion
-Excellent Organization Skills, time management, the ability to Juggle Various Tasks at One Time & Persistence to "Get the Job Done"
-This role is NOT for a Shrinking Violet - We Need Personality Plus in this Role, with a Healthy Sense of Humor & Thick Skin!
