Survey 62 - "Do you know of or have you been involved in any type of office politics?"
A recent survey by TipTopJob.com reveals 57% of jobseekers get involved in office politics leaving only 43% who keep themselves to themselves.
Office politics may originate from personal differences such as sex, ethics and gender and often those with similar interests form alliances. Whether you like it or not you will see it even if you do not get involved in it. So, there are several strategies you should try to remember that will allow you to avoid getting involved. For example, be friends with everyone, work as a team, help your boss achieve, remain loyal, always achieve what is asked of you and do not complain.
